Our Ethos

PSST… COPY THIS AND PASS IT ON …
Amongst other things our objectives are
TO OFFER COMMERCIALLY FREE CHRISTIAN MUSIC
TO PROMOTE A CREDIBLE NON COMMERCIAL CHRISTIAN MUSIC STRATEGY
TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN GOSPEL THROUGH EDUCATION
TO PROVIDE PRACTICAL AID, RAISE AWARENESS AND PREACH THE LOVE OF GOD IN PLACES OF NEED
– E.g. projects in Belarus and Malawi.

Millennium three music is a Registered Charity No.1080573 with it’s own Record Label and small Studio. You might laugh at it if you saw it, but it does the job. We can produce music that compares with many Christian releases for quality, but if you’re looking for slick production you’ve already missed the point of what we are about.
No matter how we start to explain this, we'll probably upset someone; so can we ask you, to ask GOD the HOLY SPIRIT, right now, to help you lay aside any pre-conceptions and give this a fair hearing…

FINANCIAL POLICY
All of our products and services (CD’s / Songs / ‘Live’ events / Teaching Sessions / Resources ) are offered on the following basis:-
(a) “Have it for free; if you want to donate something only give what you can afford or give willingly”
(b) “You may copy any of our materials and give them to whoever you want, providing no money, goods or services are received for your copies” … so, on all of our CD’s is the phrase “Psst … copy this and pass it on” (we retain a copyright ownership to prevent abuse or unacceptable alteration)
(c) M3M will not perform at any venue, nor consent to it’s material being used at any venue where a formal charge for entrance or seat reservation is made, nor will it allow it’s materials to be sold on any recordings made at live venues, studio or domestic locations.
The only concession M3M makes to this policy would be to raise funds or awareness for a particular situation of need in the world where the sustaining of human life is threatened or abused

Roly says, “I have been a ‘professional’ Christian musician since 1982 when I left Birmingham Bible Institute; professional in the sense that this has been my main activity, but not in the sense that I have sought the accolade or money that a Christian "music ministry" can provide. I have turned down 2 Christian Record deals and offered my services in ‘live’ ministry and any recordings on a “have it for what you can afford – even if that’s nothing” basis (a-la-Keith Green) and have emancipated all my products from commercial copyright restrictions, i.e. you can copy them and give them away to anyone provided you receive no money, goods or services for your copies; we now simply say “have it for free – give something if you want to / there’s no commercial copyright restriction.” I have refused consistently to play at venues where formal entrance charges are made, and do not allow my songs to be used at such venues. Any recordings of my material that are made, whether I or others perform them, are subject also to the condition that they must be offered on the – ‘have it for free or what you can afford/ no commercial copyright’ basis- that is the bedrock of our ethos.
No ,I’m not sitting on some nest-egg fortune; I have raised 5 children, had a mortgage, I don’t write ‘prayer letters’ with deeds of covenant attached to them, and I conduct myself this way for some very potent Biblical reasons; I adopt the Pauline 'tent-making' method of earning an income (see  Self Sufficiency – Autarkes – Principle) This site is going to develop, GOD willing, so keep us in your prayers and check it from time to time for progress.”
